During recent fare system checking, our Company found that there was an discrepancy in the ferry fares of the ferry from Discovery Bay to Mui Wo at 10:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. on 1 February 2025. Among them, 42 passengers were wrongly charged the fare as holiday’s fare when paying with Octopus. We would like to apologize to the affected passengers.

Peng Chau Kaito Limited will arrange a cash refund of the overcharged ferry fare to the affected passengers based on the passenger's Octopus record. The relevant Octopus (only the first six digits are displayed) are as follows:

Affected passengers may contact our staff at 2983 8617 on or after 15 March 2025 to arrange refund. Please bring along the Octopus listed above for registration and the refund will be made to the affected passenger in cash immediately.
